(Tab Q) Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3217 with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for the 2022-2023 Small County Consolidated Solid Waste Management Grant Agreement #SC324 in the amount of $93,750.00
(Tab R) Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Public School Concurrency Proportionate Share Mitigation Agreement for the Proposed Hidden Lake Development, Contract No. CM3229, between the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, the Nassa
(Tab S) Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM2891-A3 with Dawson, Associates, LLC., for professional services related to the Fernandina Beach Gateway Entrance at a contract increase of $15,000.00, total contract amount of $65,000.

Appointments:
(Tab U) Consider re-appointment of Philip Griffin as the District 1 - At Large representative on the Planning and Zoning Board effective October 1, 2022 though December 31, 2024.
(Tab V) Consider appointing a member with an Architectural background to fill the vacancy on the Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals. Staff recommends Eric Lawrence, a Florida licensed Architect and Florida licensed Residential Contractor.
(Tab W) Consider re-appointment of Kathleen Zetterower as the District 2 Representative and Clay Hartley as the District 5 - At Large Representative for the Conditional Use and Variance Board, both terms to expire on October 31, 2024.
(Tab X) Consider re-appointment of Jason Collins as the District 3 Conditional Use and Variance Board member for a three-year term, beginning November 1, 2022, extending to October 31, 2025.
